Ronald (Ron) Terzer currently serves as Vice President of Compliance at TJ Jerger MGA, where he oversees corporate compliance, compliance audit functions, internal controls, and manages external client and regulatory audits. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Compliance & Underwriting Controls at Orchid Underwriters Agency, LLC, with similar responsibilities in corporate governance, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Terzer brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, internal auditing, P&C underwriting, claims handling, and insurance operations. Throughout his career, Mr. Terzer has championed the value of strong corporate policies and full regulatory compliance.
Mr. Terzer holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in German from Rider University. His professional designations include Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Accredited Insurance Examiner (AIE).
In his free time, he enjoys skiing, camping, and traveling.
