Jennifer Sousa serves as Vice President of Marketing & Sales for American Traditions Insurance Company. Since joining the company at its inception in January 2006, she has built a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades of progressive leadership and operational expertise within the property and casualty insurance industry.

Beginning in an entry-level position, Jennifer demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and quickly advanced through a variety of roles across the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has been mentored by an accomplished team of insurance executives, gaining extensive knowledge of the insurance value chain, including underwriting, marketing, claims, compliance, product development, information technology, and accounting.

As Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Jennifer leads a team of Territory Managers responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across a broad network of independent agency partners. She oversees production strategies designed to drive profitable growth while maintaining balanced geographic distribution and risk diversification across multiple lines of business.

Jennifer earned the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation from The Institutes in 2017 and achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and attended St. Petersburg College.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is an active volunteer within the Pinellas County School system and a member of the CPCU Society. Her combination of industry knowledge, operational experience, and strategic leadership continues to support the growth and success of American Traditions Insurance Company.
