Brian Adamski is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of American Traditions Insurance Company and has held these roles since the company’s formation. In this capacity, he oversees the organization’s financial operations, strategic planning, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting functions. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, helping guide its financial strategy and supporting significant increases in revenue, profitability, and overall organizational expansion.

Prior to joining American Traditions, Mr. Adamski held various roles in both public accounting and the insurance industry. He spent eight years in public accounting with a national accounting firm, where he served as a leader within the Southeast insurance practice. During this time, he worked directly with the Florida Residential Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association to develop an audit process designed to ensure compliance with the various takeout programs used to depopulate the state’s residual market.

Mr. Adamski also held several positions with Alexander & Alexander Inc., a global insurance brokerage firm. Most notably, he established the Business Analysis Group, which conducted operational and financial reviews of field offices throughout North America.

Mr. Adamski currently serves on the Junior Achievement Regional Board of Directors. He is a past President and Treasurer of the Tampa Bay Chapter of Financial Executives International. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland.
